Requirements:Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;Minimum of 5 years of experience in territory sales with a successful track record;Proven track record in understanding African markets, consumer behaviour, and cultural dynamics; Fluent in English - French proficiency an advantage; Strong business acumen, strategic focus, and financial management ability; Results-driven, proven leader with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a diverse sales team. Responsibilities:Collaborate with Senior Management to drive business growth across African sales markets and channels;Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders, retail teams, e-commerce platforms, and distributors;Lead initiatives to expand sales reach, enhance customer relationships, and maintain brand integrity;Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the brand's position in the African market;Utilise in-depth knowledge of the African market to identify growth opportunities and sales penetration;Oversee execution of sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and objectives;Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform decision-making;Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners;Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales channels, making adjustments as needed;Uphold luxury standards in brand representation and customer interactions.
