Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our hospitality services and offerings. Effectively communicate the value propositions and benefits of our services to clients.Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into clients. Use a CRM or lead management system to record and assign leads.Quoting and Proposal Creation: Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for clients based on their specific needs. Create compelling proposals that highlight the value of our services and address client requirements.Order Processing: Facilitate the order process, ensuring seamless transactions and timely delivery of services. Collaborate with other internal departments to coordinate and fulfill client requests.Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and order statuses. Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales performance and achievements.Customer Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvement. Communicate client feedback to relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement.Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the external sales team to provide support in achieving overall sales targets.Coordinate efforts to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.Promote the company and Ownership: Train sales agents/bookers on effectively promoting the benefits and features of the company to event leads. Highlight the advantages of the company / ownership, such as access to exclusive resorts, discounted rates, and flexible vacation options. Provide sales agents/bookers with marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations, to showcase the value of the company. Requirements Theoretical KnowledgeBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Proven experience in Timeshare, Financial or Insurance sales and marketingStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and eventsCode 8 drivers license & own vehicleWiFi and backup for loadsheddingBehavioral CompetenciesMotivated & ambitious: Go getter!
