A major part of your role will be heading the Financial Health Hub project, creating meaningful and shareable financial literacy content.Your TasksBe a part of our Content Production team and work together with Brand Management and Communications colleaguesAct as project head and be responsible for content management, developing communication concepts and strategies on financial literacy topics for our digital channelsIdentify and research relevant topics along our campaigns/content plans and coordinate relevant internal stakeholders, editors and agenciesWrite texts, develop story boards for digital media (Financial Health Content Hub and social media)Create video, photo and image content together with video production and visual design teamDevelop existing and new video formats for our social media channels, especially YouTubeAct as compliance expert on investment topics within Corporate CommunicationsRequired CompetenciesExperience working in communications, an agency or as a (video) journalistEducation in communication, journalism, social science or similarExcellent written and spoken German and English; knowledge of CEE languages is an assetExperience of managing communication projects, including collaboration with other departments and external partnersKnowledge of Microsoft 365 and social media platformsAbility to think outside the box and to take direction and feedbackInterest in banking and financial health topicsOur Offer​​​​​​Discover and enjoy the benefits of Erste GroupWe are an international team that closely cooperates with the communication and brand colleagues across Central and Eastern Europe.
