You will bring a human touch to the relationship between customers and the company and you will be their trusted advisor. During a typical day, you will accomplish the following tasks:- Analyze each request received within the established deadlines in order to determine the procedure to follow according to the different cases (e.g. addition of company, change of owner, change of company name, accounting agreements, etc.).- Collect the necessary information from customers.- Creation of contracts in our internal system.- Make modifications to the different systems according to demand.- Make sure to document each request in our CRM.Required qualifications to be successful in this role- Diploma of college studies (DEC) in administration or any other combination of studies and relevant or equivalent experience- A minimum of four years of experience in the payroll field- Experience in customer service- Experience in needs analysis- ACP certification (an asset)- Concern for customer service- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Spirit of analysis, synthesis and planning- Good management of priorities and time- Good knowledge of our internal systems and applications (Opera, SAO, CRM, after-sales service, etc.)- Teamwork skills and communication skills- Ability to work with Microsoft MD Office tools- Ability to express yourself both in French and English fluently (written and spoken).#INDCGIC
