• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project manager and general manager to coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and align with client objectives.
• Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs and inquiries. Coordinate with our designers to fulfill client requests and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Tender Management: Manage the process of applying to tenders, preparing proposals, and ensuring submissions meet high standards.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives by assisting with communication strategies, outreach activities, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Budget Monitoring and Management: Use basic finance skills to track project costs and resources, aiding in budget management.

• Background in international relations, political science, or related fields, with experience in working with NGOs or INGOs.
• Being tech-savvy with various applications used for project and client management. Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
• Proficiency in other languages such as French and Arabic is considered an asset.
• Ability to write effectively and manage content, ensuring clear communication and engaging materials.
