Finance Associate

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end closing and group consolidation on a timely basis
• Assist in the Accounting System (NetSuite) implementation
• Prepare audit schedules and perform financial analysis as required
• Liaise with auditors addressing any audit-related matters
• Provide support for daily financial functions within the team
• Assist in testing and implementation of finance digital transformation solutions
• Coordinate with the internal and external parties on accounting-related matter
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team or management

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent (Fresh Graduate welcome)
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to multi-task
• The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Word and Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table)
• Prior experience in digital assets a plus
• Prior experience in Oracle Netsuite is a plus
• Commercial experience preferred
