About the Role: We're seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting customer network issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client customers' communication systems. What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and solve: Address network and communication issues reported by customers.
• Maintain and improve: Keep network equipment up-to-date and perform routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
• Collaborate and learn: Work alongside experienced IT professionals to find the best solutions.
• Document and communicate: Track issues and solutions clearly to enhance our knowledge base.

• Education: Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a similar field. Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Passion for technology: You're excited about networks and eager to learn about new technologies.
• Strong communication skills: You can clearly explain technical issues to customers and team members.
• Troubleshooting mindset: You enjoy problem-solving and finding creative solutions.
• Team player with independent drive: You can work effectively with others but are also comfortable working on your tasks.
• Basic network knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and broadband connections.
