Job Vacancy: Manager Accounts and Finance Location: Korangi Industrial Area Position Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Head to lead our Accounts, Finance, and Treasury Operations teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial activities, providing strategic guidance, and overseeing daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounts, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Evaluate and optimize financial processes to drive cost savings and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve financial performance.
• Oversee financial audits and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and vendors.
• Provide strategic insights to support business growth and expansion initiatives.

• Master’s degree in Finance, or a related field. (ACCA/CIMA/CA certification preferred)
• Proven experience in a managerial role with a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and operations.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
