  • Accountable for the end-to-end maintenance event assigned in the LTA MRO Network, including the preparation phase, execution, and close-up.
  • Prepare best industrial solutions for each event, considering business cases, means, tooling, etc.
  • Deliver optimized event quotations within the agreed timeline and cost.
  • Act as the focal point for the customer and Service Programme Office during assigned maintenance events.
  • Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting and follow-up on each defect, including engineering approach if necessary.
  • Coordinate with Program, local team, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, and Quality per event.
  • Responsible for the operational lead of the MFT (Production, Production Control, Engineering, and Quality) for each event.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance event milestones, such as quality gates, cost directive acceptance, CAMO, and cost controlling and planning.
  • Confirm internal/external resources and define the Statement of Work for subcontracting (if applicable).
  • Contribute to on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a safety preventive resource during events.
  • Take part in improvement forums in the MRO Network and lead assigned projects.
  • The job holder has full accountability in the signature of the “Release to Service” after the maintenance event as per PERAM 145 / EMAR145 regulations using the privileges provided by the “C” certificate, following the complete evolution of the aircraft during Maintenance Activities performed required by the Program Directive that summarizes the requirements (Service Bulletins, AMP Tasks, Airworthiness Directives,....) ordered by the customer to the MOA, and following the procedure developed by the department to describe the inputs requirements to the sign off of RTS
  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering lessons learned from each event, proposing and implementing actions.
  • Participate in new offers to develop further MRO Network opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and provide proactive offers and support setup.
Main activities:
  • Preparation of maintenance events, including master plan definition, activity and means preparation, and event quotation.
  • Launch quality gate (QG) and program directive (PD) acceptance.
  • Support handover and handback of the aircraft.
  • Execution of the event, including reporting event status, defining detailed plans and recovery plans when needed, and coordinating the MFT team.
  • Minimize FOD and DIM by ensuring all necessary means are in place for the event.
  • Lead make or buy decisions, prepare supplier work specifications, and supervise supplier performance.
  • Prepare closure reports and conduct RETEX sessions at the end of events.
  • Certification of Maintenance Events when needed as part of the C certifier team in the MRO Network.
  • Support transversal activities.
  • Lead and define delegated improvement projects.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing complex project with multiple stakeholders in the Aerospace sector
  • Experience in civil/military aircraft in a similar role as a prerequisite
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • You are willing to travel and flexible (the job includes assignments at our customers worldwide)
  • Bachelor Degree
