EB International is looking for a dynamic and energetic team-mate to join us on our journey as we expand and deepen the inbound corporate relationships from China regions into Singapore. As a member of the team, you will be equipped to learn about the needs of customers from different cultures, then provide a wide range of financing solutions including Cross-border financing, Structured Trade Finance, Capital Markets, regional cash management solutions and promoter's personal, private banking needs offered by OCBC Wealth Management teams. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing trading portfolio and acquire New-to-Bank Chinese Companies in Singapore and the region
- Collaborate with OCBC Network countries to develop relationships of common customers in the respective countries
- Cross-selling of OCBC Bank's products and services including Cash Management, Treasury, Corporate Wealth
- Prepare credit propositions for approval and to follow through with line implementation and loan disbursement
- Ensure credit reviews are completed in a timely manner
- Provide Corporate Advisory services to these companies including Investment Banking products & services, and regional referral to OCBC Bank Group's Branches/Subsidiaries in the region
- End-to-end servicing and maintenance of customer relationships, including overseas visit to enhance our KYC capabilities
- Develop, prepare, and lead initiatives to contribute to the customer acquisition drive
- Strong team player who is driven, possess good problem solving skills and a positive attitude You must be able to also handle ambiguity and have an agile mindset!
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management
- Prefer to have strong trade/structured trade knowledge and credit underwriting skills
- Bilingual and bi-cultural candidates with familiarity of the Chinese markets will be an added advantage
- Results-oriented and customer-focused
- Prepared to travel
