It's fun, supportive, competitive and a great place to grow your career. At our Pickering location, we are seeking a Business Development Coordinator that is an enthusiastic and energetic self-starter with a resourceful mindset. The objective of this role is to garner a wealth of knowledge and become our Business Development Champion. They should be a top performer with a team player mentality and interested in a position with significant growth potential. This entry level role will report to the Marketing Team Lead (MTL).  A day in the life:•        Sell our product solutions and develop new business to business (B2B) End-User customers.•        Assist in the introduction of our emerging technology products.•        A high level of Identifying sales opportunities through targeted cold calls, tele-prospecting, e-mail, and social media and leverage existing internal sources of sales leads.•        Call on perspective End-User customers, provide product solutions information through presentations or demonstrations and recommend products based on customers' needs and interests.•        Promote new business opportunities throughout Canada, organize, manage & develop key decision maker contacts.•        Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts that are aligned with LCS targets.•        Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.•        Develop sales strategies, using CRM, track and advance the sales stages and report on a weekly basis.•        Build/Develop/Manage a robust and healthy Pipeline to meet LCS's growth objectives.•        Drive customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships.•        Build long-term trusting relationships with customers.•        Conduct market research to determine key features and target retailers for new product lines.•        Work with MTL to develop product strategies based on conducted research.•        Perform all sales/support functions either through face-to-face meetings, Video Conference or telephone calls.•        Prepare short and long-term product forecasts (including special reports and analyses)•        Attend Trade Shows as required.•        Some travel required.•        Administrative/reporting etc.•        Other duties as required. What you bring to the team:•        1-2 years experience in product coordination or equivalent.•        Post-secondary education in business, marketing or product management, or relevant work experience.•        Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)•        Exceptional Organizational, Planning, Time Management and Interpersonal Skills.•        Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.•        Bilingual - French & English is an asset. We've got you covered.…We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes extended health, prescription, vision and dental coverage, vacation time and more. In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and Lenbrook's Accommodation Policy, accommodation will be provided in all parts of the hiring process.
