Our mission is as simple as the products we create: to encourage people to genuinely love and accept themselves so that their unique beauty can shine through.To learn more about us, visit lusbrands.comJob Summary:Reporting to the Director of E-commerce, the Amazon Channel Manager will lead LUS Brands' performance and growth on Amazon, overseeing all aspects of the account. The primary role will involve leading all advertising campaigns to drive sales and improve performance on Amazon. The Amazon Channel Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of Amazon e-commerce initiatives, including optimizing product listings, partnering with the creative and design team to refresh imagery and A+ content, and conducting thorough analyses and reporting on performance and sales metrics.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive PPC campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize ACOS efficiency.Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords.Manage all elements of our Amazon account, including the management of any case escalations to ensure high levels of account health.Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings on Amazon.Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic data, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and advertising spend, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. Continuously optimize campaign portfolio structure and implement sophisticated bidding rules to improve TOS visibility, reduce advertising costs, and contribute to the ASIN's BSR to improve organic ranking and profitability.Manage all 'Amazon Advertising' aspects, including advertising campaigns, attribution, A+ content, Vine, Deals, Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Promotions, and Brand-Tailored Promotions.Develop and maintain an organized brand storefront in collaboration with the design & creative team.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimized inventory levels, pricing strategies, and fulfillment methods to ensure efficient operations and maximize profitability on Amazon.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Amazon algorithm changes, and best practices in PPC advertising to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise managing PPC advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform, with a strong track record of driving results and maximizing ROI.In-depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP ads.Expert understanding of Amazon's seller central platform and understanding of Amazon's policies.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Amazon Advertising certification is a plus.
