Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent will support the Business Partner team at our Calgary location. This opportunity is open to new graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in the field of human resources. The successful candidate will be eager to learn, analytical and detailed-oriented. This position requires the incumbent to have a passion to work with people, will possess excellent communication skills both written and oral, and are well organized. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, learn problem solving and resolution techniques and seeking a career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your day-to-dayin coordinating recruitment activities, conducting candidate assessments and background verification checks, preparing offers and onboarding new employees.in the scheduling and tracking of annual training.in the implementation of new programs.the maintenance of electronic and physical employee records, ensuring these meet organizational, legislative and regulatory requirements. meet organizational, legislative and regulatory requirements.the necessary follow-ups related to team activities, including but not limited to the preparation of investigative and grievance related files, and those arising from deadlines, committees, and documentation for the management of files.assistance in the application and management of various programs, policies and interpretations of the different collective agreements.on various process optimization projects.company sponsored activities that promote a positive and enjoyable workplace.Your profiledegree in Human Resources or a related field of study.years of human resources experience would be beneficial.
