Senior Mechanical Engineer

Our diverse staff all share the same vision - create great projects, and even better relationships.Our team is a group of creative professionals from all walks of life, and we want to hear from you!The position:We are actively seeking a senior mechanical engineer at our Edmonton location.What will you be doing?Contribute to all project phases and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, defined scope, timelines and budget.Design and specification of all Mechanical Building Services systems - heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls.Prepare engineering drawings and specifications.Review Clients Specifications.Write technical reports and analysis to support design submissions.Review shop drawings for compliance & participate in development of engineering standards.Obtain proposals from and follow-up with suppliers and contractors.Partner with cross functional project team members.Visit and survey project sites for project related activities.Load calculations including heat load calculations using HAP's.What you bring?A Degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 10 years' experience designing commercial, low/high rise buildings, and multi-family residential buildings.P.Eng.
