Altis Recruitment is seeking a Business Operations Manager - Long Term Care for a facility in the Ottawa area. This role will oversee the organization, operation, and systemization of our client's home care service business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining and automating business processes, as well as managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and patient service standards.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business operations and drive growth.Design, implement, and manage systems and processes to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, including PSWs and administrative personnel.Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Manage financial resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and a client-centered approach to care.Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community partners.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.Qualifications:Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within the healthcare or home care industry.Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, human resources, and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team towards achieving common goals.Proficiency in technology and software applications relevant to business management and healthcare administration.Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care and maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).We're an equal opportunity employer committed to increasing diversity and inclusion in today's workforce.
