Document Control SpecialistReceives, logs, tracks, files, and monitors paper and electronic customer and vendor supplied documentation, and other technical correspondence Responsible for setting up document control records, archiving project information, and preparing project data booksResponds to document requests and submissionsGenerates and distributes reports as required by projectHandles file documents by electronically scanning documents, and maintaining data filesUploads documentations to SharePoint site/Customer PortalsSets up and assembles project data booksEnsures all documentation is consistent and adheres to internal standardsArchives all Project Documentation and Project Close-outLiaising with Sales Representative, Project Specialist, and ManagementRequirements:• Post secondary diploma (business administration, etc.)• Problem Solver, information gatherer, very detail oriented• Experience in data entry, administrative and/or document control• MS Office• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks• Ability to meet project timelines and perform in a high pressure and team-based environment Construction,Wholesale
