Bilingual Service Technician (French/English)

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Service Technician to join our team. As our Service Technician, you will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various packaging machinery and equipment. Your ability to communicate effectively in both French and English is essential, as you'll interact with customers during service calls. If you're a problem solver with excellent technical skills, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to service calls from customers.Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot machinery problems.Perform on-site repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.Communicate effectively with customers in both French and English.Document service activities, including parts used and work performed.Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.Testing of incoming new machines before shipment to the customer.Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, thus requiring a valid driver's license and passport.You will use your car which must be in good working order and have excellent presentation and will be compensated for its use.CiMa-Pak will provide the tools needed to do the job.
