Title: Business Consultant, Level 3Work Hours: 7.5 hours/dayLocation: All services must be provided on-site at 975 Boulevard Saint-Joseph, Gatineau, Québec and/or 105 Rue de d'hôtel-de-Ville, Gatineau, Québec.Mandatory Technical Criteria1.The proposed resource has a minimum of 2 years combined experience using IBM © Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System Tender Assessment (DOORS TA) within the last 10 years in each of the following: Performing IBM © DOORS configuration; Performing IBM © DOORS testing; Performing IBM © DOORS importing; Performing IBM © DOORS exporting; Acting as an interface to users2. The proposed resource has a minimum 2 years combined experience using IBM © Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System Tender Assessment (DOORS TA) within the last 10 years each of the following:Setting up client project in IBM © DOORS TAAssigning individuals to specific roles;Assigning individuals to evaluation teams.3.The proposed resource has a minimum of 2 years of experience using IBM © Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System Tender Assessment (DOORS TA)within the last 10 years carrying out the management of the tender assessment project in IBM © DOORS TA. Point-Rated Technical CriteriaThe proposed resource has a minimum of 2 years' experience using IBM © DOORS TA within the last 10 years in generating views using the wizards and DXL script. The proposed resource has a minimum of 2 years' experience using IBM © DOORS TA within the last 10 years in implementing and coordinating IBM © DOORS TA automated requirements management tools and processes.The proposed resource has a minimum of 2 years' experience using IBM © DOORS TA within the last 10 years in performing a minimum of 3 IBM © DOORS tasks:Data backup and data recoveryCreating modules for sitesSynchronizing modules between sitesCreating/exporting IBM © DOORS reports/metrics. Recording scores in IBM © DOORS TA4.The proposed resource has a minimum of 2 years' experience using IBM © DOORS TA within the 10 years in providing expertise on IBM © DOORS Requirements Management.5.
