The ideal candidate comes with 3 years of Customer Service/Order Desk experience from a manufacturing environment.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (only apply if these hours are doable).Responsibilities:Communicate with customers via phone, email and chatMust have excellent communication skills (English language)Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityWork with internal departments to meet customer's needsEnter orders in AS400 and ensure accuracyCoordinate with shipping to make certain product is out and on its way as per deadlinesHandle any complaints, customer concerns, damaged product and returnsData entry in various platformsQualifications: At least 3- 5 years' of relevant work experienceBilingual in German French, Italian or Portuguese is nice to haveExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workAS400 or SAP experienceStrong MS Excel/Outlook and ERPCompensation: $50,000-$55,000 + Benefits + RRSP Industrial Machinery Manufacturing,Computers and Electronics Manufacturing,Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing
