Continuing its expansion and opening new stores across the country, they are always looking for talented, adaptable, energetic, and passionate individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Your new roleAs the Senior Replenishment Process Analyst will advise on optimizing inventory replenishment processes. The incumbent's primary goal is to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction by implementing best practices and tailored strategies. The Analyst will bring a wealth of expertise in supply chain management, coupled with a keen analytical mindset, to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.Your Responsibilities will include:Conduct thorough assessments of existing replenishment processes, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and order replenishment;Analyze data and metrics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the replenishment cycle;Evaluate current technology and systems utilized in the replenishment process and assess their effectiveness in meeting organizational needs;Develop tailored replenishment strategies and solutions based on the specific needs and challenges of the organization and recommend process improvements, automation tools, and technologies to streamline replenishment workflows and enhance efficiency;Develop change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new replenishment processes and technologies within the organization and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the benefits of proposed changes and address any concerns or resistance to change;Oversee the implementation of recommended solutions, ensuring proper training, documentation, and support for stakeholders;Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented replenishment processes;Monitor performance metrics and analyze results to identify opportunities for further optimization and continuous improvement;Provide ongoing support and guidance to the organization to ensure sustained success and adherence to best practices.What you'll need to succeedMust Have5+ years' in a similar roleBachelors degree,Experience in optimizing supply chain management, inventory replenishment, or process improvement, continuous improvement/process improvement experience,Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations; have the ability to work on fast paced and changing environment, excellentExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels;Advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with SAPBilingual (English & French)Nice To Have Retail Industry experienceAdvanced degree or certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma)Power BIProficiency in project management methodologies and tools;What you'll get in returnThere is a competitive compensation package associated with this position plus benefits and many other employee incentives.
