Step forward, add value, continuously learn, and create a foundation for future success.RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (North America) to drive and add value to growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing a team of 4 / 5 Sales Execs. You'll be a strong leader and are responsible for front-line sales (account executives, sales executives). The business is expanding the management team, so this is a new role.You MUST have experience in high-level sales environment and bring structure and a clear vision to the workplace.You'll need to be an expert in Performance Marketing and Direct Response. Lead Generation and work in Digital Sales, Advertising, or Marketing - IN A SALES CAPACITY.What you will doLead the Sales AE's team, that are new business focused, high level enterprise accountsYou lead by example and will help the North America to mature its leadership teamDevelop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growthDrive business to the next level with the growth that is currently is currently seeing.
