Purchasing and Facilities Manager

Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing and Facilities Manager with proficiency in English and experience in global companies to lead our procurement and facilities management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies as well as ensuring efficient maintenance and operation of our facilities in a global environment Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global purchasing strategies to optimize costs and ensure the quality of acquired products and services;
• Manage the entire purchasing cycle, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and monitoring performance;
• Supervise the purchasing team and establish standards of excellence in all procurement-related activities;
• Plan and coordinate facilities operations, including building maintenance, security, cleaning, and support services;
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure that purchasing and facilities needs are aligned with organizational objectives on a global scale;
• Continuously evaluate existing processes and procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA will be considered an advantage;
• Proven experience in purchasing and facilities management, preferably in a global corporate environment;
• Fluency in English is essential. Experience in global companies is highly desirable;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a preference for proficiency in other languages.;
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams;
• Results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
