Job details
- Participate in the implementation and testing of new surveillance system to enable effective functioning of surveillance activities for Malaysia and the regional offices.
- Assist in system enhancements and fine-tuning and perform user acceptance testing.
- Perform calibration of surveillance parameters for Malaysia and the regional offices to ensure that they are effective and functional. This would include both system and manual reports.
- Attend to surveillance concerns/issues escalated by relevant regulators and take necessary/appropriate actions in relation thereto and provide appropriate response to the regulators.
- Prepare relevant reports for stakeholders (e.g. management, governing committees, board of directors and/or regulators) to enable an informed decision making process.
- Provide training and information sharing to team members on surveillance data analytics, methodology and processes.
- Other duties as directed by the Head of Department and/or direct supervisor.
