What You’ll Do Looking for an opportunity to excel in your career while working remotely? You’ll work with data and enterprise developers in implementing new data warehouse and BI solutions, including working with cloud and big data technologies. You'll report to the Manager, Reporting. Our global IT organization of 500 supports the entire enterprise that encompasses over 40,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services. During a Typical Day, You’ll · Design, develop, test, and implement data warehousing solutions · Possess advanced analytical and technical skill to provide innovative solutions to business requirements · Maintain effective working relationships with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and DBAs, off-shore and on-shore resources, collaborate with the customer’s technical team to gather technical requirements such as performance, maintainability and scalability · Implement BI solutions by engaging with the functional SMEs to understand the data entities and sources, their relational and hierarchical dependencies, and their business context · Work with the business to gather functional requirements as well as the functional design process · Work with the Architect team for new technology solutions and to receive approvals for any technical specifications created by the Engineering team · Address data-related problems regarding systems integration, compatibility, and multiple-platform integration What You Bring to the Role · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields · Must be willing to work during US shift · Must be willing to work weekend shift · Effective in written and oracle communication skills · Good team player · Able to handle and prioritize tasks · Good problem-solving skills What You Can Expect · Supportive of your career and professional development · An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged · A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values · Ask us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefits · And yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement) About TTEC Our business is about making customers happy.
