Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist Company: Le Petit Society Location: 128 Joo Seng Road #06-02 Singapore 368356 Le Petit Society is a renowned baby and kids clothing brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable products designed with children and families in mind. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Operations Specialists to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our brand promises and timely delivery of orders to our customers. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations process, from order fulfillment to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and warehouse management, to coordinate order processing and shipping schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet our brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Manage third-party logistics partners and shipping carriers to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery, providing timely and effective resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve e-commerce operations processes to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Generate regular reports and analysis on e-commerce operations performance metrics, including order fulfillment rate, shipping accuracy, and delivery times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday-Fridays 9am-6pm.
  • Saturdays 9am-1pm
