We provide our clients with solutions to all their insurance needs ranging from home and motor insurance, to complex commercial business packages and we also provide a full range of health, life, pension and investment products. The following opportunity has arisen in our Sandyford branch. Customer Service Executive - Personal Lines We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive for our Personal Lines team in our Sandyford office. The role will consist of working closely with commercial clients to service their personal policies (car, van, home). You will be managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home and van policies and writing connected new business for these products for commercial clients. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude. Key Responsibilities- Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
- Achieve New Business targets
- Working closely with the commercial team
- Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
- Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments
- Maintaining the highest compliance standards
- CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
- RELAY software experience desired but not essential
- Personable and sociable
