Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Vehicle Bookings Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle bookings, coordinating appointments, and generating leads to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming vehicle bookings via phone, email, and online platforms.
Coordinate appointments and ensure efficient scheduling of service slots.
Liaise with customers to confirm bookings, provide service quotations, and address any inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer details, and service history.
Actively engage in lead generation activities to attract new customers and expand the client base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the booking process.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
