Our client, an international turnkey engineering and renewable energy service provider, is looking to add a Rope Access Technician to their esteemed team that will aid in the streamlining of processes.Please note that the successful candidate will be responsible for performing work at heights and in confined spaces using rope access techniques during the commissioning and maintenance on mostly offshore projectsKEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:You must have a relevant certification in rope access (e.g., IRATA or SPRAT), coupled with at least 5 7 years of experience as a Rope Access Technician in engineering or industrial settings.You must be proficient in using rope access equipment and safety gear, and have knowledge of safety standards and best practices related to rope access work which includes Rope Access Operations, safety and compliance, task execution, equipment management, accurate documentation, and emergency responseYou must be able to work closely with other teams and trades to access difficult-to-reach areas for inspection, maintenance, and installation activitiesYou must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Please note that should you not be currently resident in the region and area advertised but still wish to apply, the cost of travel for interviews and relocation will be for your expense.Due to the exceptionally high volume of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally, therefore only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
