Reporting to the Project Manager be responsible for the financial reporting and preparation of tenders as well as the tracking of work flow progress v/s programme.One would describe you as a highly organised, ambitious, tech savvy, self-motivated professional who has solid reporting and programme management expertise gained within the built environment.Key Focus Ares:Project managementQuality complianceFinancial reportingKey ResponsibilitiesDocument controlQuality compliance checksMinute-takingUpdating office bids on the bid registerAssistance with the Quality Management SystemOrganising training courses for the staff and associated administration involvedPreparation of tendersRelief reception dutiesFollow up on submitted bidsCheck supplier invoicesRegistration of bidsTravel management- local and internationalTimesheets and sundriesDiary managementCoordinate meetings and boardroom bookingsFiling project documentsTracking training spend vs budgetLog training time/training requestsOpen new projects on BSTCoordinate and Capture Resource Planner (Division resource tool)Support Project Manager with regards to daily requirements as needed transmittals, filing, data capturing, extracting of information, noodles etc.Data capture and validation of information in programme systems in support of Project Managers and tracking of key milestones and reporting on key variances and achievementsAssistance at team meetings and other site and Project Manager level meetings as required documentation, information registers, status reports, agendas, meeting minutes etc.Document controlAssist with the development and delivery of progress reports, documentation and presentationsSupport and conduct secretarial duties to OOPM and OOPDForecast rolloverSetting up client questionnairesMentorship administration and recordkeepingCV UploadFinancial:Preparation of invoices and payment certificatesQualification, Skills and Experience Required:Tertiary Education in Engineering | Project Management | Business Administration | Finance | RelatedMinimum 5 years projects administration | programme management | project co-ordination experience gained within the civil or mining or industrial or construction or related consulting engineering industry is essential!Experience gained in managing multiple large-scale projectsHigh proficiency in MS Office, especially solid and proven knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)Proven project management and tracking of workflow experienceFinancial background with the ability to assist with drafting of financial reporting of costs v/s budgetCompetencies:Honest CommunicationDelivering ExcellenceBuilding strong relationshipsBeing agile, dedicated and possessing a passion for digital deliveryTo apply for this role, please forward a detailed copy of your CV to
