Reporting Analyst/Specialist Focuses on the creation, maintenance, and automation of organizational reports. The Reporting Analyst/Specialist focuses on the development, maintenance, and optimization of business reports. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of various reports, streamlining reporting processes, and where possible, implementing automation. The Reporting Analyst/Specialist also supports data analysis and provides insights to aid decision-making processes. Reporting Analyst/Specialist Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain regular reports on business performance, market trends, and other key metrics relevant to our business.Automate data collection and report generation processes where applicable.Work closely with various departments to understand and meet their reporting needs, ensuring reports are user-friendly and informative.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports, with an understanding of local business timings and calendars.Analyze report data to provide insights and recommendations specific to the local business context. Qualifications for Reporting Analyst/Specialist Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role.High school diploma is mandatory, a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.Advanced proficiency in Excel as well as visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.Strong SQL skills required. Solid understanding and ability to perform complex data tasks with SQL.Experience in automating reports and creating dashboards.Solid understanding of database management systems and data modeling.Proven ability to generate data-driven insights contributing to profitability. Data Analyst Portfolio showcasing previous work, highlighting experience with data analysis and visualization, providing a practical demonstration of the candidate's skills and creativity is preferable.Strong numerical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities, effective across various organizational levels and in team-based settings.Independent, self-directed approach to work, while being a cooperative team player.Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to think critically, multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to change.Sharp attention to detail paired with robust analytical thinking.Capable of presenting complex data clearly and engagingly.Committed to delivering business analytics accurately and promptly, meeting tight deadlines.Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.Flexibility to work variable hours, including availability for a 24x7 operational schedule if required.
