If such a workplace intrigues you, we hope you'll join us.About the role:This B2B role involves launching and managing the Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA) Optimus Program in Canada. You'll work directly with executives and key stakeholders to promote consumer financing programs to dealers across the country. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated individual with a passion for making mutually beneficial partnerships grow. You will develop and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of your partners, consult on best practices as a trusted advisor, and execute with cross functional teams. You are a strategic analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, focused on customer service above all else.This role requires travelling across Canada.What you'll do:Develop, maintain, and manage strong long-term relationships with District and Territory Managers across all of EGIA brandsWorks autonomously as the lead resource for EGIA Optimus Canada, while developing partner marketing calendar, program proposals, and on-going projectsLeverage data-based tools to provide business KPIs and on-going reporting to strategic partnersManage quarterly business reviews with leadership and support teamsDeliver consistently against assigned volume goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent business experience to Financeit's key partnersOn-board and enroll dealers into the financing program and conduct training and education sessions to support activationRenew existing dealers while negotiating preferential terms to meet business targetsRecommend best practices to improve planned consumer financing programs with a deep understanding of target market and dynamicsUse expert product knowledge and sales consultation to increase partner engagementWork quickly to address and resolve partner issues while coordinating with internal and external resourcesRequirementsBA degree or equivalent practical experience5 years of experience with business development, and hands-on face-to-face direct salesExperience in consumer lending, SaaS or Home Improvement is preferredDemonstrated expertise in managing successful business-to-business sales and service relationshipsYou know your way around a CRM, ideally SalesforceStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines under pressureBilingualism is desirable but not requiredAvailability to travel across Canada to visit partnersBenefitsWinner of Canada's Most Admired Corporate Culture in 2021 and 2023, we offer more than just the basics.
