What we offer:Salary: $65000-$78000Work Location: Scarborough ONTHours of Work: Rotational Shifts - Days - 7 am to 3 pm, Afternoons - 3 pm to 11 pm andNight shift 11 pm to 7 am, Monday to Friday, must be able to work weekends.Full Time, Permanent with benefits.What you do:Maintain and enforce quality standards including good housekeeping protocols.Develop plans to ensure annual KPI objectives are achieved for safety, product quality, efficiencies and cost, providing direction and support to continuous improvement initiatives.Foster strong relationships and communication with internal and externals departmentsand stakeholdersProvide daily feedback to workers on performance and conduct performance reviews with direct reports.Administration and application of the collective agreement and Company policies/proceduresOther duties as assigned.Who are you:Post-secondary education in a related discipline, or equivalent work experienceMust have Printing experience - Flexo5 + years operations experience within the Corrugated packaging sector is an asset; experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is a prerequisite Proficient with MS Office applications and systemsStrong communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills are essential.Ability to organize and prioritize essential tasks to achieve results.Able to work rotating shifts as per operational requirementsApply now—we look forward to meeting you!Drake International is an equal opportunity employer.
