Responsibilities: General clerical support, including but not limited to, photocopying, filing, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetingsMonitor payments and financial reports such as invoice/progress certificate approvals, cheque requisitions, and expense reportsManage SharePoint for communication within various internal departmentsMonitoring council agendas across various municipalitiesManage various software, associations, technology dues and subscriptionsPrepare and update internal tracking and scheduling documentsPerform other duties and general research as assignedWhat You Bring: 2+ years relevant work experience in an administrative role in a development, engineering, or construction roleDegree and/or Diploma in Administration considered an assetExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent organization skills in a fast-paced team environmentKeen interest in the land development industryBasic understanding of financial reportingCachet Homes is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, origin, disability, or any other status protected under Canadian law or ordinances.
