Principal - SAP Integration ManagerInfosys Consulting is seeking SAP Integration Managers looking for long-term growth and career enhancing opportunities leveraging SAP to solve our customer's most challenging issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of SAP Integration experience from project prepare phase through deploy and run phases. You will anchor proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. You will continue to lead teams of consultants to define, design and execute transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with senior clients on a daily basis to build confidence and lead/guide the team in conducting due diligence and issue resolution. You will contribute to branding, thought leadership, knowledge management and capability-building within Infosys Consulting, with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. RICEFW objectsManage the RICEFW with the technical teamAssists the technical team with the design of architectural diagrams and Data Flow diagramsShould be able to talk to the customer in various industries about SAP solutionsLeads efforts in architecture, design, configurations, technical solutions, and supportAssists with the identification of cross-functional and cross-team dependencies drive critical design decisions to closure and help develop cohesive integrated solutions.Guide the team wherever required in Business Transformation Programs enabled by SAP S/4 Global Template design and Roll-outs ProgramsSAP Data Management - Data conversion, Master data management and GovernanceDeveloping the architecture for complex SAP solutions across multiple industriesData, Process and Systems Integration Architecture to support Analytics and Automation with SAP and other large scale systems integration in order to cash, procure to pay, or supply chain management and FinanceExperience leading or developing high-quality, enterprise-scale software products using a structured system development life cycleWill work closely work with the project manager, project team, and consultants to design and evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions in the context of project budget, risk, and timelines.Provides overall direction, guidance, and definition of IT architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy in Business, Application, Data, and Technical ArchitectureBasic Qualifications7+ years of SAP Project, Lead or Program Management out of which 5 years in solution architecture and integration (including Process, data and systems)At least 1 full lifecycle S/4 implementations (all phases) leading a package implementation lifecycleA proven track record of leading and managing both large and small, global and local teamsMust be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skillsA leader and key contributor in solution architecture, governance in large ERP implementation projects and teams; significant team leadership experience over Process, Data and System areasIn-depth knowledge of Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverablesExperience interacting with client executives; ability to influence at the leadership levelStrong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO levelMentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applicationsSuccessful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are requiredProven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancementsAbility to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologiesExperience in Business Transformation Programs enabled by SAP S/4 Global Template design and Roll-outs ProgramsExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform SAP Data Management - Data conversion, Master data management and GovernanceExperience in developing the architecture for complex SAP solutions across multiple industriesData, Process and Systems Integration Architecture to support Analytics and Automation with SAP and other large scale systems integration in order to cash, procure to pay, or supply chain management and FinanceUndergraduate degree or foreign equivalent;
