Senior Consultant - Project Analyst Infosys Consulting is seeking SAP Project Management Consultants looking for long-term growth and career enhancing opportunities leveraging SAP to solve our customer's most challenging issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of SAP Integration experience from project prepare phase through deploy and run phases. You will contribute to the firm's development by guiding and mentoring teams and sharing knowledge. You will be recognized as an expert in your respective domain and contribute to advancing Infosys Consulting's thought leadership in the industry. Consulting DeliveryLead the design and delivery of client advisory, solution delivery and organizational transformation engagements in standalone projects or as part of wider client programs.Advise clients on strategy and detailed use cases by leveraging insights from industry best practices.Lead and manage a team of consultants to develop concise and practical strategies, roadmap and/or re-engineering program recommendations with a clear implementation path.Direct teams of global consulting, IT professionals & subject matter experts in establishing comprehensive business and functional requirements, then translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives with associated metrics.Play a key liaison and coordinator between the business, product, technology, senior management, vendor teams and other members of the change programsProject ExecutionCollaborate with client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals and strategiesContribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmapsConduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metricsSolution targeted processes, leveraging best practicesSolution and document functional specificationsDefine, execute and support testing of the solutionPerform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the projectSupport management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time) Basic Qualifications5 years of SAP Project Management experienceAt least 1 S/4HANA Customer engagementKnowledge of Project Management Methodology and key deliverablesExperience interacting with client executives, business leadsExperience leading client workshops for requirements gathering and BlueprintingSuccessful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are requiredExperience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologyUndergraduate degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of educationCanadian citizens and those authorized to work in Canada are encouraged to apply.
