Are you ready for your next challenge?The Sr Super User will be a valuable member in contributing to SCI's future. Reporting to the Manager, Operational Excellence, this individual will be responsible for supporting Operations with new business deployment and hypercare support for SCALE WMS to ensure on-going client and business needs are met. This individual will also provide feedback to the SCALE Product team to support enhancements and development and will lead SCALE training to the Operations organization based on standardized governance established by the SCALE Centre of Excellence (COE) team. Additionally, this resource will support the development of SCIs standard reporting package within the Cognos application and ongoing deployment of this standard package for all new client implementations. What success looks like: · You will bring a balance of Operations experience / knowledge and technical skills and savvy in working within the Manhattan SCALE WMS system· You will provide input and recommendations during BRD and configuration sessions to ensure optimal configuration for new client implementations on SCALE· You will lead new client configurations for localized / low complexity projects, ensuring the base configuration templates, operational best practices and client needs are all supported through the launch· You will support configuration of the SCALE WMS based on the existing standard templates and configuration.· You will support SCALE Product and Operations Excellence teams with input on development & updates to SCALE training material· You will conduct Security User Access Testing and Business User Acceptance Testing· You will use pre-set process templates and use cases, as well as coordinate requirement walk-throughs and signoffs· You will support SCALE training for new Operational admin and management resources being onboarded for new client deployments· You will execute basic SCALE configuration changes, adjustments or updates within a standard design template to help optimize existing operations· You are the first line of support for Operations for SCALE issue resolution in the warehouse working alongside with the Operations team during Go Live to support them throughout the day, ensuring that the system function and configuration is enabling the team to deliver on performance and volume needs· You will record, submit & address issues with SCALE configuration, templates, SOPs or reports· You will assist with security access questions, support for security access update process, and advise on security role selection for your team · You will support SCALE training for new Operations admin and management resources within the site· You will understand business processes and requirements, and translate them to specific software requirements, including Business Requirements Documents and GAP Analysis for extension development.· You will support hands-on system configuration of SCALE (Manhattan), Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, and support.· You will serve as the point person for SCALE support issues and advocate for best implementation practices for our clients and operations team.· You will partner with clients to translate business specifications into test specifications and scripts, working closely with the client's dedicated Super Users.· You will support collaboration with vendors and clients to perform software testing and reporting on quality metrics.· You will support the deployment of standard reports within the Cognos application· You will work with the Manager, Operational Excellence, SCALE BAs and the SCALE Product team to refine and enhance the standard set of reports available in the Cognos application for all SCALE clients What you bring to the role: · 3+ years of Warehouse operations experience, preferably within a retail/e-Commerce operation· Systems literate, with WMS system experience and knowledge, with Manhattan SCALE· A technical background or a technical degree or diploma are an asset.· Accountability for the successful completion of projects in timely manner.· Experience developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the Manhattan SCALE WMS solution, testing execution, communicating testing results back to clients, managing and training client personnel, developing training documentation, executing training, etc. would be an asset.· Experience developing process flows using MS Visio is another plus.· Experience mentoring and/or leading teams is an asset· Flexibility to support high demand client launches, including potential short term need to work other shifts/schedules or to travel, when required.
