Responsibilities:SharePoint online site administration:Configuring SharePointUsing the admin centerManaging user profilesSite creationSub-site creationRecords managementConfiguring security settingsWorking with apps and PowerAppsAssociate a site with a hubConnecting SharePoint with social mediaEnabling business servicesMonitoring and maintaining the SharePoint Online serviceAzure single sign-in configuration for external usersSharePoint RolesWorking with document librariesStorage optionsSharePoint SecurityCreating sites and content management:Leveraging the tools in the Microsoft Power platform - Power Automate, Power BI Customizing page layouts and web parts, work with permissionsConfiguring search hub and search queriesWorkflows Testing and enabling 3rd party add-onsConfiguring unique and refined SharePoint permissionsRequirements:SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online knowledge.Considerable knowledge of office 365.Good and pleasant communication skills.Good documentation skills.Azure Skills:Azure Entra (azure ad)Purview for DLP is prreferred B2B integrationIn addition, this position requires the ability to: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal contacts.Provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work.
