The Position:Our client is in search of an IT Project Delivery Manager. The IT Project Delivery Manager oversees a team of Developers, Testers, and Business Analysts. The IT Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of IT projects across the organization.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to prioritize key initiatives and set project objectivesDevelop detailed project plans and provide ongoing status updates to leadership and stakeholdersLead multiple projects, tracking performance, managing budget, scope, and schedules effectivelyOptimize the IT Project Management Lifecycle using a mix of Agile and Waterfall methodologiesManage the software development team in the creation, construction, and deployment of business-enhancing solutionsImplement and manage change control processes and proceduresCoach and provide support to team membersFoster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions for business process improvements and project deliveryOther duties as requiredQualifications:A proven track record in managing both business and technology projects in a dynamic environmentExceptional communication abilities, both verbal and writtenOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsModerate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and JIRA is an assetMinimum 5 years' experience (experience in a warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing setting is considered an asset)Project Management certification ( PMP or Prince 2)Certifications in Agile or ITIL is an asset Information Services,Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage
