As a Project Manager, Digital for Havas Canada, you will work with a team to design, develop and deliver top-notch digital solutions for our clients. You should be a master craftsperson, with an understanding of all the Project Management fundamentals, Agile delivery best practices, and good business sense. Relationships will be key, as things move quickly at Havas CX, and you will need to build mutual trust to run successful projects. This role is based in Vancouver, Canada. Who You Are: You have a love for your craft Highly organized and detail oriented Strong desire to roll your sleeves up and get things done Ability to deal with uncertainty and take charge of difficult situations Strong team leadership skills (helping lead the team's work) Strong communications skills (to leads, to juniors, to technologists, to creatives, etc.) Responsibilities: Planning Has a clear understanding of the client's business needs, expectations and requirements and can apply them to a clearly defined project planRecognize relationship and roadmap priorities, identifying optimal product/application features, key performance indicators, and measures of success -- while setting milestones to achieve their delivery and responding flexibly to change & evolving client needs Execution Coordinates activities of the delivery team and has overall responsibility for quality output Manage a variety of project using either a traditional waterfall or agile methodology or blend of the twoPerforms timely review and approval of invoices and timesheetsLeads the creation and delivery of all change requests required for active projects Ensure that the projects meets and exceeds the company's internal project delivery standardsMonitoring - Scheduling and Financials Ensures adherence to processes for scope management and change control Responsible for accuracy and overall financial health throughout the project lifecycle including estimates, revenue forecasts, invoicing, payables, receivables, etc. Client Communication Ensure accurate reporting and open communication with client Ensure risks and decisions are tracked and shared with the client on a regular basis Qualifications:5+ years of project management experience in digital, web and ideally mobile Solid understanding and practical experience of agile best practices is required Certification in an agile methodology is a bonus Excellent understanding and performance of project delivery best practices including budget, scope and time management Expert knowledge of one or more of the following: software development life cycles, web/mobile technologies, web/mobile development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components, digital strategy projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in working closely with Creative and UX teams Preferably have a background or understanding of IT Ability to deal with uncertainty and take charge of difficult situations Strong team leadership skills (helping lead the team's work) Our Perks: At Havas Canada our people come first which is why we offer a comprehensive total rewards package including: Centralized Downtown Office RRSP Matching Plan Physical & Mental Health Benefits Dedicated Culture Committee & Diversity Team Growth Opportunities & Employer-Paid Professional Development Paid Parental Top-Up Policy Flexible Hybrid Working Model Advertising Services
