MS Exchange and O365 Administration Manager will be responsible for improving, supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Exchange and O365 platform. You will own the management, administration, and optimization of the platform.*Please note: candidates with strong ger focus on Infrastructure and managing Server and VMware are not a god fit to this role.Permanent Full-Time opportunity for one of OnX client-companiesLocation: Onsite downtown Toronto 5 days a week (non-negotiable) !!!!!Start: ASAPRate: up to 90-100K baseNote: Night and Weekend work may be required; approximately 6,500 users globallyJob Summary:The Manager, Exchange and O365 Administration is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization's Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments. This includes ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the email and collaboration systems, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to junior administrators. Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing MS Exchange and Office 365 environments (strong focus on Exchange management and administration rather than on Infra and server)In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Office 365, and related technologies.Experience in managing relationships with managed service providers.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with great presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to junior administrators. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage the organization's Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security of the Exchange and Office 365 environments.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the Exchange and Office 365 systems.Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the Exchange and Office 365 environments.Manage the relationship with the Managed Service Provider, ensuring that service level agreements are met and that the provider is delivering high-quality services.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior administrators.Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use and management of the Exchange and Office 365 environments.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and related technologies.***no agencies, please.
