Senior Project Accountant

As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of real estate projects under development and construction. Your duties will cover a wide range of tasks including preparation of monthly construction draws, project entity accounting and financial reporting, project budget maintenance, annual tax compliance, monthly account reconciliations and other reporting or tasks as needed. You know your numbers and take pride in your CPA designation.You are passionate about real estate and care that your work contributes towards the success of a project.You are curious and love to ask questions and learn. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are organized, and have exceptional communication and customer service skills. You enjoy taking the time to build relationships with your fellow colleagues, and your project team.You have strong excel skills and experience with Sage 300CRE or any other real estate accounting software.Finally, you have the drive, energy and determination to make things better.
