SUMMARYThis role is a full time opportunity with a competitive salary, benefits and a retirement plan for one of our prestigious clients located in Montreal, QC, Canada. We are looking for someone who is eligible to work in Canada, lives in Montreal and/or can easily commuted to the Montreal office of our client from Monday to Friday to work. The candidate must be fully bilingual (French and English) so that they can effectively served French speaking customers, as well as English speaking customers. The person must also have technical inside sales experience in the valves, instrumentation, and/or industrial process field.Reporting to the Director of Operations/Director Outside Sales Eastern Canada, the Inside Sales Valves and Instrumentation Representative is a team player recognized as an advanced individual contributor with effective sales techniques. As an Inside Valves and Instrumentation Sales Representative, you are an expert in valves who successfully contributes to the company effort to effectively promote and expand the sales of their products from various and reputable manufacturers such as: Yokogawa, Flowserve, Leser, Eriez, Fujikin, Lechler, Xylem, ITT Engineered Valves , Check All Valve, TLV , and other brands. You communicate and maintain great client's relationships through strategic customers engagement approaches.DESCRIPTIONThis is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative located in Montreal, QC. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, manage customers' accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and will optimize customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.some of the tasks are below:Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information, and quote preparation.Continuously nurture customer relations by answering the telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries, verifying and entering customer-related data into our client CRM, while escalating and monitoring issues when necessary.Administrate sales orders by entering orders into our client CRM system, transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating the expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.Support outside sales team by preparing quotations and following up with customers for further clarification.Work closely with outside sales representative/managers to troubleshoot problems, and find solutions to serve customers' needs.Develop leads and sale opportunities by checking customers' buying history, suggesting related products, and providing technical information.Maintain and improves quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures.Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in training sessions, and educational opportunities.Continually assessing competitors, trends, and identifying sales opportunities that leverage our large pool of product and solutions experience.Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.REQUIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum 3-4 years of experience as a technical inside sales representative or equivalent client-facing experience with technical products in the process/manufacturing field, and with demonstrated success.Successful in presenting and selling complex technical solutions to clients.Good technical level understanding of at least one of the following activities within the manufacturing field: valves, process measurement, and control systems.Successful experience in customers' accounts ongoing maintenance and service. QUALIFICATIONSInside Sales and Account Management skillsAbility to provide exceptional Customer Service and ensure Customer SatisfactionStrong communication in French and EnglishExceptional Negotiation and interpersonal skills, and ability to close deals.Fluency in both English and FrenchBroad knowledge of the industrial process/manufacturing fieldDemonstrated ability to highly performed without supervision, and to be self-motivated.Good technical expertise, and the proven ability to remain current with respect to industry trends, provincial and federal legislative policies and changes.Proven organizational and time management skills.Strong commitment to be at service and bring value to others.Ability, and willingness to learn new platforms/products/solutions.Ability to demonstrate confidence and establish trust with customers.Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceABOUTOur client services Canadian industries across the country with high quality industrial process equipment including a complete line of manual and automated valves, actuation, fully lined pipe and fittings, strainers, filtration, spray nozzles, steam equipment and more.
