Date of occupation: soon Organizational unit: Department VIII - Joint IT Service Provider The Bavarian Center for Family and Social Affairs (ZBFS) is a central state authority with around 1,900 employees working in various fields of social law. Department VIII of the ZBFS is the IT service provider for the ZBFS as well as for the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labor and Social Affairs and the associated labor and social courts.

Main tasks

  • Full-stack development frontend, backend, databases and interfaces in .NET
  • Development of Windows Forms applications
  • Development of web applications
  • Planning, conception, programming in close coordination with requirements management
  • Maintenance, updating, support and documentation of the applications

Your professional profile

  • Completed studies as a computer scientist (m/f/d) (Diploma [FH], Bachelor), graduate administrative IT specialist (m/f/d) (FH) or comparable training or completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in application development
  • Experience in
    • C# or another .NET language like VB.NET
    • Application development in .NET
    • Windows Forms applications
    • Web application frameworks (Web Forms, MVC, Razor Pages, Webservice / API)
    • Front-end development with JavaScript (jQuery), HTML, CSS
    • MS SQL Server and Transact-SQL
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desirable
    • Common programming paradigms and design patterns (e.g. onion / clean architecture, repository pattern, unit of work)
    • Visual Studio and Azure DevOps Server
    • Responsive web design (Bootstrap)
    • Barrier-free IT
