Office: State authority Bavarian Center for Family and Social Affairs Munich or Bayreuth location or at another ZBFS office location Position: IT Service Manager (m/f/d) Job share: 100 percent. Organizational unit: Department VIII - Joint IT Service Provider The Bavarian Center for Family and Social Affairs (ZBFS) is a central state authority with around 1,900 employees working in various fields of social law. Department VIII - Joint IT Service Provider - of the ZBFS is the "IT service provider" for the ZBFS as well as for the Bavarian State Ministry of Family Affairs, Labor and Social Affairs and the affiliated jurisdictions.

Main tasks

  • Technical support of our specialist departments in the function of IT service manager (m/f/d)
    • Digitization
    • Incident management at second level
    • Implementation of recurring actions
  • Planning and coordination of complex IT projects
    • Requirements elicitation with the specialist department
    • Supporting the development, testing and commissioning of software products
  • Collaboration in project groups and (cross-national) working groups, if applicable
You will play a key role in shaping the ZBFS on its way to becoming a digital self-service provider.

Your professional profile

You have:
  • Bachelor's degree or a HAW / FH diploma in an IT-oriented course of study (e.g. computer science, administrative informatics, applied computer science, technical computer science, business informatics) or corresponding training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in project and/or requirements management
  • A good understanding of the creation of functional and requirement specifications
  • Practical experience in the creation or commissioning of web and client-based applications
