We are a leading innovation lab looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting a creative culture within the bank and managing ideation competitions, as well as handling the overall promotion of FinTech projects. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovation is at the forefront of everything we do. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage high-quality and influential innovation events to achieve the bank objectives on innovation aspects.
  • Curate event content in the entire project cycle, from research, theming, messaging, to detailed planning and execution to drive remarkable outcomes and make differences.
  • Deliver engaging initiatives to promote innovation culture among the bank, including but not limited to programme planning, idea co-creation, budgeting, publicity & promotion, event/exhibition space design, video production to drive changes for the next.
  • Work with cross team to plan comprehensive online and offline promotion to maximise the impact and to achieve specific goals for each assigned project.
  • Work with procurement team to go through all tender procedures and work with contractors timely and seamlessly to deliver design and build elements for each assigned event.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, information technology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing communication or event management, preferably gained in sizable companies or financial industry.
  • Proven track record in event marketing or staff engaging initiatives.
  • Thorough understanding in promotion and publicity through various media channels and experience in digital and content marketing will be a definite advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills; good business sense to understand holistic corporate objectives and partnerships.
  • Innovative, idea-driven, goal-getting, dynamic, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and is able to work under tight schedule.
  • Strong writing skills; proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
