Profile : Freelancer, home office (8hrs/day) Payment : 1000USD/month + extra hours (if applicable) Position Overview: We are seeking a talented freelancer to join our team and help us develop and support content projects. The ideal candidate has experience in short video platform content, editing videos and managing administrative tasks focused on social media. As a support to our special projects, you will be responsible for supporting the team in managing creator groups, helping educate them regarding template creation, and ensuring the quality of production. Responsibilities : 1. Content insights + data suppor t: help discover, develop and follow up on original trends based on creative ideas of context and editing for each specific content project 2. Trends production : use social media to discover themes, songs, audios and more that can be used regarding trends and content development. 3. Quality improvement : check specific needs for each content creation and help provide any support necessary to the creators (editing, material, insights, etc)4. Education : develop educational materials and workshops to improve the quality of template creation on each activity/content project, provide feedback and guide the creators on a daily basis 5. Group management : understand the participation/quality of each creator involved in specific projects and update the participants and bonus policies as needed Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, audiovisual, or a related field. 2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Deep understanding of short video platforms and online content ecology. 5. Heavy users of social media, especially TikTok. 6. You must be comfortable editing videos, especially using editing apps 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 8. Preferred if user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate).
