Veterinarian - Khandallah

Khandallah Vetcare is a standalone clinic located on Ganges Road in the middle of the Khandallah shopping village. Spoilt for choice with many delicious cafes and gorgeous boutique stores, while being surrounded by the beautiful views of the wellington harbour, we are inspired every day, to do what we love most - caring for the animals in our care.  We are conveniently located, close to buses and trains and have on street parking available. We are a small hard-working team that strive for high standards of patient care, including low stress and non-fear handling in clinic with all our patients.  We even have a resident bird named Odin, our honorary employee of the month who keeps us entertained 24/7. We are on the lookout for a veterinarian, or confident recent graduate to join our friendly team. About You:

• You have a recognised Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent qualification.
• You are proficient in all-round medicine and surgery in companion animal practice. 
• You enjoy working collaboratively in a close-knit team.
• You’re passionate about the veterinary industry and excellence in clinical care.
• You can be flexible with hours of work to participate in our rosters that include some evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• You’ll be valued: you’re helping us achieve our goals and provide the highest standards in clinical care, in return we’ll help you grow your passion and expertise through ongoing CPD opportunities. 
• You’ll have the latest tools: We offer appointments, surgery, ultrasonography, and x ray as well as full anaesthesia monitoring equipment.
• We have 2 consult rooms, and our Vet Director regularly sees exotics, in the last 6months we have completed surgeries for reptile, fish and birds.
• You’ll be supported: You’ll be looked after by a support team of experienced veterinary professionals that care about your wellbeing, while also enjoying being part of a wider network of Vetcare clinics.
