This role isn't just about making ads it's about crafting a killer content strategy that fuels our performance marketing engine. Metrics like CTR%, thumbstop rates, CPA - they're practically their second language! By teaming up with the performance marketing pros and our in-house creative geniuses, our Creative Strategist & Copywriter ensures our ads are driving clicks and conversions across platforms like Meta, Tiktok and Youtube. And when it comes to measuring success, they co-own metrics like Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to make sure every campaign hits it out of the park.  So, buckle up, because with our Creative Strategist & Copywriter leading the charge, we're about to take your advertising game to the next level! KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) KPI #1 Conversion Rate of Ad Creative KPI #2 Brand Consistency and Content Quality Score KPI #3 Engagement Metrics for Ad Creative KPI #4 Content Production Consistency, Alignment Efficiency KPI #5 Ecommerce Revenue Generated ACCOUNTABILITIES : Conversion-Driven Content Creation : Develop tailored content concepts and copy strategies to boost ecommerce conversions, leveraging audience insights and purchasing behavior. High-Impact Content Production : Drive the creation of engaging video and static content for digital ads, utilizing both internal assets and user-generated content to align with client goals. Strategic Ideation and Innovation : Collaborate on creative ideas with stakeholders, integrating trends and insights to differentiate client brands and drive results. Audience-Centric Messaging : Craft compelling copy that speaks directly to target personas, motivating action and boosting sales. Performance Optimization : Analyze ad performance data to refine content strategies, focusing on metrics like CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS. Storyboard Development and Execution : Lead video ad concept development, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overseeing production from start to finish. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with graphic designers, editors, and specialists to align creative vision and project objectives, fostering a collaborative environment. Metrics-Driven Approach: Own creative performance metrics and optimize content strategies to maximize engagement and campaign effectiveness. Workflow Enhancement : Develop streamlined processes to optimize creative production, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality assets within timelines and budget. Brand Consistency : Maintain quality and brand alignment across all content, adhering to brand guidelines and conveying a cohesive brand identity. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing or DTC e-commerce.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing creative excellence and proven results in driving ecommerce sales.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities with deep understanding of audience insights and digital marketing principles.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management, understanding business objectives and delivering creative solutions.
  • Experience in creating static and video ads from scratch, including storyboarding, copywriting, and editing.
  • Proficiency in overseeing ad creation and campaign management on Meta and TikTok, maximizing creative impact and audience engagement.
  • Fluency in English required additional languages a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience providing creative briefs to guide design teams and proficiency in performance analysis to optimize campaigns.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends in digital marketing and ecommerce.
