As a member of the Enterprise Capabilities business line, you will report into the Methodology Coaching Chapter Lead and have many opportunities to contribute to the business development while providing project and transformation services and solutions to partners across Roche. ASPIRE is a multi-year, cross divisional, global program that will define, design, and deploy the future ERP solution based on SAP S/4 HANA and other cloud/on-premise technology platforms as the digital backbone of Roche. The program will enable simplified, standardized, and harmonized global business processes by leveraging SAP, Life Science Industry and Roche best practices. Your Opportunity

  • You are responsible for coaching teams through the agile culture shift. Facilitate change in mindset and behaviors using suitable (agile) methodologies and frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Drive and foster the agile maturity by applying all perspectives of the agile coaching framework (coaching, teaching, mentoring, facilitating)
  • Work with multiple teams (on team, ART and ST level) to continuously evolve the ways of working to ensure realization of business and customer value and also help teams to be high performing
  • Train teams on the agile methodologies & frameworks and oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the enterprise
  • Drive the development and deployment of world class Agile Ways of Working to achieve Organizational Agility
  • Be a scaling (agile) framework methodologist by successfully supporting the implementation of scaled agile frameworks, design thinking, DevOps, supporting the transformation of non-agile teams into agile operating models
  • Serve as a neutral and objective entity to help navigate roadblocks in the adoption process
  • Foster continuous improvement mindset in the teams
Who you are
  • You hold a master’s degree in related discipline (Computer Sciences, Engineering, etc.) and 10+ years’ experience managing or leading teams or programs. Preferably, you have a MBA degree
  • Long-standing and seasoned experience in running and deploying agile software delivery models and frameworks; advanced certification required in common agile frameworks (e.g. PMI-ACP, from Scrum.Org, SAFe, LeSS)
  • Long-standing expertise (+10 years) in the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including all configurations of the SAFe framework
  • Experience in coaching agile teams and managers, comprehensive understanding of agile principles and practices
  • Strong communication and training skills & growth mindset and attitude to make a difference
  • Experience and affinity to improve team performance and successfully navigating complex, multicultural and highly matrix environments
  • Proficient in coaching, facilitating and mentoring and able to guide and help people to figure out the right solutions for their challenges
  • Strong competence in project management to simultaneously drive several projects and in organizing resources and establishing priorities
