Are you passionate about making a difference in the world while excelling in your career? Look no further! We're seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to join our team at Natural Habitats. This is an exciting opportunity to play a part in supporting our mission to enhance biodiversity and habitat across New Zealand. As a Contracts Administrator, you'll work closely with our Regional and Divisional Managers to ensure the smooth operation of our landscape construction projects nationwide. From commercial and residential landscapes to green walls and motorway enhancements, you'll be at the forefront of transforming New Zealand's environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Project Support - controlling the information flows as part of the project mobilization process in our CRM, shared drives and project management system (SimPRO). Support both Project Managers and Regional Managers with contract administration tasks. Provide reporting on job progress as required to aid managers in reviewing job profitability and progress.
- General Operational Support - work in conjunction with the People and Capability Coordinator to keep the Auckland office ticking over by sharing responsibility for ordering of office supplies, answering calls to the main line, greeting visitors, liaise with service providers.
- Building Relationships - build relationships with internal stakeholders and with suppliers to secure competitive prices. Coordinate client events, quarterly and annual management meetings and the Registered Master Landscapers award entries and event logistics.
- Quality - your work is of the highest standard; you are thorough and take pride in doing well.
About You
Requirements:- A good level of fitness and communication skills you'll be actively moving and lifting all day.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of plants and their requirements to thrive.
- Drivers license
